The integrated Italian hydraulic power pack ensures smooth and reliable operation, while a built-in safety velocity fuse prevents platform drop in case a truck prematurely departs.

What is the standard weight capacity?
Our standard models are 6 and 8 tons. We custom-build up to 15 tons for heavy equipment like forklifts carrying steel coils or machinery.
Does a dock leveler need a concrete pit?
Yes. Recessed dock levelers require a pre-constructed concrete pit matching the platform dimensions. We provide detailed pit drawings, rebar schedules, and site supervision during civil construction.
What is the adjustment range?
Our standard models adjust ±300 mm relative to dock height, accommodating most truck and trailer bed heights used in Indian logistics.
How is it operated?
Operation is via an integrated push-button logic panel. The hydraulic power pack raises the platform and extends the lip automatically — the operator simply drives a forklift onto it.
What happens if a truck drives away while the leveler is extended?
A hydraulic velocity fuse activates instantly if the load is suddenly removed, preventing the platform from dropping and protecting both equipment and personnel on the dock.
What maintenance does a dock leveler require?
Hydraulic fluid level checks every 6 months, annual seal inspection, and greasing of the lip hinge and pivot points. Our maintenance contracts cover all of this.
