The Challenge
The high-frequency distribution hub needed heavy-duty loading bay shutters capable of resisting high winds and heavy monsoon moisture without rusting, while maintaining rapid cycle speeds to control interior temperatures.
Our Solution
We fabricated 2 motorized Z275 galvanized steel shutters with custom low-friction nylon tracks and 500kg side motors. Integrated optical safety edge sensors provide auto-reverse protection to prevent vehicle accidents.
