Conditions governing our installation, repair and maintenance services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Goyal Rolling Shutters ("we", "our", "us") for any product, installation, repair or maintenance service, or by using our website at goyalrollingshutters.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
2. Services Offered
Goyal Rolling Shutters provides the following services:
- Custom fabrication and installation of rolling shutters (manual and motorized)
- Supply and installation of high speed doors, boom barriers, dock levelers, sliding gates and MS structures
- Repair and emergency repair services (24/7)
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Site consultation and measurement services
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations provided by us are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices quoted are based on specifications provided by the customer at the time of enquiry. Any changes in scope, measurements or materials after quotation may result in revised pricing.
GST is applicable on all products and services as per prevailing rates. Our GSTIN is 07AOBPL1773N1ZN.
4. Payment Terms
- An advance payment is required before commencement of fabrication (typically 50%, as agreed in the quotation).
- Balance payment is due on completion of installation.
- Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI).
- Work will not commence until the agreed advance is received.
5. Installation
The customer is responsible for ensuring clear site access on the agreed installation date. If the site is inaccessible or requires rescheduling due to reasons beyond our control, a revisit charge may apply.
The customer must ensure that walls and structural elements at the installation site are in sound condition to support the shutter. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing structural deficiencies.
6. Warranty
We provide a workmanship warranty of 12 months from the date of installation for new installations under normal use. This covers defects in fabrication and fitting.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, vandalism, accidents or external forces
- Normal wear and tear (springs, rubber seals, locks)
- Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs by third parties
- Electrical components (motor, remote) covered by manufacturer's warranty only
7. Repairs & Emergency Service
Emergency repair services are available 24/7. Emergency callout rates may differ from standard rates and will be communicated before work begins. You will not be charged without prior agreement on pricing.
8. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
AMC terms, scope of coverage, number of visits and pricing are defined in the individual AMC agreement signed at the time of contract. AMC does not cover accidental damage or spare parts unless specified.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from delay, defect or failure of any shutter or related product.
10. Disputes
Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
